I'm only giving a 1 star as zero stars is not possible. We moved into our house 2years ago. I send the water reading monthly and still they charge us a interm reading amount from the previous owners of years back. you can send email like you want but they don't change it, or you just get referred to a different department who will tell you to just pay it, it will be fixed.
When we started our business in 2017 we never realised ho little we know about a lot of things. We started off using PN Accounting and we will never turn back. If one day we are lucky enough to grow much bigger or open another 100 business, PN will always be our go to Accountants! They are by far the best!!
When we first started our business we had no idea how little we actually knew. PN Accounting was there from day one, they took our hands and helped us with everything! I don't think you will find better service anywhere else. Magda & Tereza you are true legends!!
The sentence "Best Customer Service" goes hand in hand with Tyre Mart in Vanderbijlpark. As a lady, car/tyre places always see how they can help themselves, but not this business! They go out of their way to help you in the BEST way possible! I would always recommend this team to everyone I know! And JC, you ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
From the moment you walk in there you can see this is a family business. They also treat you as part of the family. You get good value for your money and the owners does not try rob you, they always see where they can help you.
We did a application for two contracts in store and we were declined because the consultant in store does not understand your own application system. I requested a call back on line and the consultant who phoned told me that we have to wait 90 days before we can apply again. Seeing that the Vodacom Store Consultant is the one who messed this application up and not us, I feel that someone please needs to override this decision and consider our application if a fair and honest way. The consultant told me to email ********** who will help. But they are just telling me to contact the sales team. Why are we going in circles here?? I will give a brief description of the problem. Siyabonga who helped us in Riversquare does not understand your application system fully and this is starting to become very frustrating. We need to apply for two phones on a business contract. We own a business and as we do not have a salary running through our personal accounts yet, we need to apply through the business bank account. We gave in four months bank statements for the business. Siyabonga seems to think we are declined because we can not supply personal banking details. Now, coming from the banking industry I know they have to look at income before supplying credit. Thus we gave bank statements. But there is also cash payments done at our business that does obviously not show on the bank account as it comes in as hard cash and is then also used for supplies, salaries etc. We do not pay it into the account to avoid unnecessary charges. In this case, are we not suppose to give supporting evidence from the book keepers to give a true resemblance of what our income is and not just income generated through debit and credit cards? I'm sure I'm talking sense now, but I'm not getting through to Siyabonga as he is stuck on personal banking details. I have asked Siyabonga to get his manager to contact me which he also did not do. And now even the people I'm referred to (Lauren Ho Yee ) is telling me to contact sales. Please can someone assist? If not please tell us which other mobile supplier we can contact to help.
