Fresh House Market Blueberry Square, the staff has now on multiple occasions ignored me in what seems to be blatant ************** because I have a disability. Four tills open, the ladies manning the tills completely ignores one while having conversations among themselves a regular occurrence. This morning while at the coffee counter, manned by three ladies... The one stood made eye contact with me then ignored me to continue a conversation with her colleague. She was literally less than 2m away from me at this stage.
A Driver from First Help facilitated the sale of a written off vehicle and has not paid me the full amount; Firstgroup was contacted via the email address on their website and did not even bother responding.
In utter frustration I am writing this review here. My ex-wife and I would like to speak to an Absa homeloans consultant in order to make payment arrangements. Absa has been instructed to contact my ex-wife to arrange a meeting seeing I work from home. Today 2hours after spending 30min on the phone with a consultant explaing patiently that my ex should be contact I get the phone call. I ask the lady to phone my ex and this has not happened. Please assist I feel Absa is sabotaging their own processes and this results in financial harm to myself and my ex.
My sister and I inherited a property from my late mother; and with that tenants and a lease agreement with AIDA. The property is in both our names. My sister caused an administrative mess; which almost ended up with myself being on the receiving end of a lawsuit by the body corporate. In order to avoid any such issues in the future I immediately tried to take control of my finances. Only to be told by AIDA that they will not split the payout of the rent between my sister and myself. I spoke to the director of the rental department (conversation recorded) who told me to sort things out with my sister. The law prohibits me from detailing my sisters health issues but this is not an option. I have spoken to other estate agents; and according to my knowledge AIDA is the only estate agent unable to split payments. Please assist; my sister and our issues are non of AIDA's business to manage. Furthermore my sister is very ill, she is not a financial institution and could be hit be a car tomorrow. Kind regards
