This is the second time in a row that J’s has sent me the incorrect order. For the same meal. I ordered a chicken breast with salad. They send me chicken and no salad. This time, they send me chips. Which I didn’t order. No chicken breast, no Salad. The manager was incredibly rude to me, even though they sent me the wrong order.
My Grabdmother, saw a bed that she really liked at ART and Decor in Randburg. She enquired about the option for a laybuy, and the shop assistant said they do take Lay buys. The total of the bedroon suite was R6900.00 My Grandmother steadily made her payments, as she could. She was never informed of an expiry date of the lay buy period. A few weeks ago, she took her last installment, with someone who could transport the suite. Upon arrival the shop assistant Bervely, told her that they had sold her bed. When my mother said she wanted her money back, Beverly said she would have to wait 6 weeks for the Manufactures to make another bed. My Grandmother insisted that she did not want the bed anymore, but rather her money. Beverly said she couldnt not give her the money as her boss was away on a month long trip. Beverly refused to give us his contact details, she said she did not have his number or email address. Eventually she "found" the Email Address. Beverly has conducted herself in an unhelpful manner, and seems very disinterested in attempting to sort out the problem. If you Plan to use a laybuy option at ART and DECOR in randburg. DO NOT DO IT, They will steal your money and refuse to give it back, or come up with an excuse as to why they cannot get you what you tried to purchase.
