Mother's day waited over 3 hours for lunch. Management was appalling with their response. Will never put my foot back there. No apology, just arrogance. 2 chefs didn't pitch and the owner had to cook. Not once were we ever informed.

They don't deserve a star at all. Mother's day lunch: we waited 1 hour 40 minutes for our food; the prawns were undercooked, the vegetables were cold, there were no finger bowls; the starter portion of chicken livers was completely forgotten and the waiter argued that the order wasn't placed in the first place, even though he read the order back to us and we all heard it! And the ladies' room had no paper towels to dry hands... never again!

Thank you for a wonderful lunch! We had a truly memorable experience, our team loved it! Your food is fantastic and, thank you to the lovely waitresses that took such amazing care of each and every one of us! We were spoilt!

This is the second time in a row that J’s has sent me the incorrect order. For the same meal. I ordered a chicken breast with salad. They send me chicken and no salad. This time, they send me chips. Which I didn’t order. No chicken breast, no Salad. The manager was incredibly rude to me, even though they sent me the wrong order.

I would just like to complain about the quality of the meal I received last night the 1st of August 2018 and then the lack of attention to the matter from the manager. I ordered a seafood pasta and it was just as pricey as Pronto, a restaurant that does an out of this world seafood pasta. My pasta was swimming in a very bland excuse of a tomato based sauce and was overall unpleasant. My problem is that I find it unacceptable, when you are spending money, no less than at an upmarket restaurant, to receive such low quality food. I wasn't even mad, I just wanted to bring the low quality of the dish to the manager's attention because if I were a manager of a restaurant I would want to know if one of my dishes were unsatisfactory. The manager neglected to even pitch up at our table after we waited for him/her for quite some time, we paid the bill and left. Perhaps nothing will come of this but I would like the opportunity to let the manager know that the seafood pasta needs to be looked at again as it could do with improvement.
