Trellidor Randburg, you were amazing. From a very special lady, Joan, to the salesman as well as the installers you were all brilliant. Joan kept me in the loop the entire way. The salesman was very patient with me changing plans around. He never got frustrated. Thank you to a wonderful team from Trellidor Randburg for making my experience so pleasant. I would highly recommend them.
I sent an email today regarding cancelation of my medical but received no reference no. I'm covering all my basis that I have given you a calendar month notice of cancelation. Very disappointing experience this Black Friday weekend specials. Almost everything that was on special was not available. We tried 3 different Spas. However I bet you that as of today, the shelves are full. Very misleading.
ebucks and Bundle fee as a client I am totally confused. You've changed your policy regarding eBucks. One point that comes to light is the qualifying criteria for cards. You need to spend R100k a month to qualify but if you spend over R30k, bundle fee kicks in. Could potentially cost you thousands. Cash withdrawals are free yet the world is angling towards cash free. I'm confused. Lastly my Private Banker says, after paying R650 a month for bank charges, if I make an EFT to another bank the cost is R3,50. FNB to FNB R8,50. ***? I'm confused. FNB don't respond to me privately, kindly respond to all viewers to allow them to understand your response to my questions. I would be graciously appreciative.
Mother's day waited over 3 hours for lunch. Management was appalling with their response. Will never put my foot back there. No apology, just arrogance. 2 chefs didn't pitch and the owner had to cook. Not once were we ever informed.
Want to change a flight? Do not use their what's app service. I've been online some 10h50 and have still not been assisted. Florence Mzipa has attended to my call on 2 occasions and then cuts me off. Way to go FlySafair, I'm beyond frustrated.
I suggest you get hold of me after trying to resolve my issue with Tabirah Oosthuizen & Thando Mafanya who both have had no decency in resolving my issue. Shame on you Pick n Pay ASAP, your service has been appalling.

Stop calling me, emailing me & harassing me. I even receive friggin sms's. I have NEVER given you my details. I would live to know who provided you with them. I received a call now at 10h10. It's a Saturday, what the hell. Apparently you have taken the major banks by storm, why are you reverting to this type of advertising? Harassment! Best you remove me from your data base or I will take this further. Leave me alone!
