Artplus on line did not send order !!
On 16/10/2021 I ordered paints from artplus onlince. 031 584 7016. They did not have one of the colours. I did not want a substitute. Asked for a refund for that tube. They do not answer my emails. I have not received anything but paid R946

Small Framing Business Amazing Service
I have been using Rand Art Picture Frames for over 20 years in Randhart in Alberton. It is a small business and they give exceptional personal service no matter how small the job. They have framed small pictures and graduations certificates to special art all at very reasonable prices. Nothing is too much effort and they go out of their way to give advice and show you different framing techniques to make the picture look great. The service is quick and efficient as well. They have framed small pictures and graduations certificates to special art all at very reasonable prices. ART AND DECOR IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAM.
My Grabdmother, saw a bed that she really liked at ART and Decor in Randburg. She enquired about the option for a laybuy, and the shop assistant said they do take Lay buys. The total of the bedroon suite was R6900.00 My Grandmother steadily made her payments, as she could. She was never informed of an expiry date of the lay buy period. A few weeks ago, she took her last installment, with someone who could transport the suite. Upon arrival the shop assistant Bervely, told her that they had sold her bed. When my mother said she wanted her money back, Beverly said she would have to wait 6 weeks for the Manufactures to make another bed. My Grandmother insisted that she did not want the bed anymore, but rather her money. Beverly said she couldnt not give her the money as her boss was away on a month long trip. Beverly refused to give us his contact details, she said she did not have his number or email address. Eventually she "found" the Email Address. Beverly has conducted herself in an unhelpful manner, and seems very disinterested in attempting to sort out the problem. If you Plan to use a laybuy option at ART and DECOR in randburg. DO NOT DO IT, They will steal your money and refuse to give it back, or come up with an excuse as to why they cannot get you what you tried to purchase.
