If I could give the manager of WW Sandton food dept 10 stars, he deserves it. Monday 12th I thought my shopping had been removed from my trolley. He looked at the cameras and I had mistakenly taken someone elses trolley. having half my shopping and half the other persons. His kindness and patience as well as the other staff at the cashiers was exemplary and he is to be commended on his customer service. Thank you

smart card and BP offer a free collectable car after spending R500 on petrol. Sunday 27th was the 4th time I filled up. It was acknowledged and I had to wait for a code. No code. I contacted the number if no code was sent. Still no code. By the time they send me the code there will be no cars left due to their inefficiency
I was told in order to increase my limits substantially I had to do it via the app. Downloaded the app. Told after the first time I used the app then I could work with bigger amounts. I cant !!! App wont allow me to increase my limits. Spent about 20 minutes on a help line today. At 4pm the call ended. I was told to go into a branch. See case 84834650 when I spent 3 hours in a branch. Why does one always have to go into a branch? I want to increase my limit and need help.
On 25th May I sent FNB my mother's death certificate and said"please send all documents required to close the account." I kept getting messages that money was owing which I personally paid. I sent letter of executorship and copies of I'D's. They asked to fill in a payout form. I went to two branches and was not prepared to wait in a queue of at least 10-15 people so asked please email me the necessary form. They said go to a branch.Can FNB tell me why they won't email me a form to my address which they have been using for perhaps 8 years? Note this is over 3 MONTHS SINCE I FIRST NOTIFIED THEM !!!!They, and ABSA, are delaying the winding up of the estate
I told the manager that there were no prices on most shelves, Reply because they are increasing the prices of the goods. You cannot increase prices on old goods for which you paid old prices. Disgusting in this economy !!
I told Westpak Wynberg manager that there were no prices on the shelves of most good. Reply because they are putting up the prices. I said you cannot put up prices on old goods for which you paid old prices. Got a shrug . I don't think this is allowed ?
Check all the Dischem complaints. Dischem makes NO attempt to attend to these problems and does not have the courtesy to answer.
Years ago I would never have thought that Dischem would sink to this level.I approached a surly, unfriendly pharmacist attendant. Two out of the three medicines prescribed were only available as a generic. All three were dispensed to me by a private pharmacy. Recently, on two occasions, there was a shortage of my medication and I was promised the balance would be delivered. It was not. I email my chronic medication timeously and it is never ready. I now don;'t expect it to be ready. I find it most disturbing when the cashiers shout at each other from one side of the shop to the other.
Companies do not realise that the elderly cannot use computers etc. My mother of 103 years old needs a tax certificate. Call service 0860111515 has not taken her age into account. Money market closed and she needs a final IT3B tax certificate. Please assist
