Great moving experience from Ebenezer Removals and Logistics
I used Ebenezer Removals for a recent move and was impressed by their efficient and professional service from start to finish. Michelle took my call and within 5 minutes I had all the documents emailed. The van arrived promptly on moving day at the allocated time, after the driver called me to confirm he was on the way. The driver and men involved in the move where excellent, quick and there was no damage. They placed everything where I wanted it. Such a change to have great service. Well done Ebenezer Removals and Logistics.

Pawsome service from Dotsure
This is my first claim for my dog and my claim advisor Sherezaan Erasmus went out of her way to assist me this morning by listening to me and telling me how things work. She explained to me how to sort out the backlogs of my previous claims I have not submitted and sorted out my current claim quickly and efficiently. Thank you for pawsome service. Well done FNB fraud division
I received an email early morning yesterday 15th March 2021 from FNB fraud division reporting possible fraudulent activity on my credit card and as a precaution they had blocked my card temporarily. There were three transactions that had been attempted of around R3500-00. I am sooooo grateful to FNB for their vigilance and for warning me before I lost the money. The two customer service people I spoke to who assisted me to cancel my card and order a new one, as well as who explained to me what could have happened and double-checked that none of the money had gone off my account were professional, friendly and efficient. In addition the one man at the fraud division asked me to send him a copy of an email I received asking for all my details and ID number for my new card to be delivered. It seems there is some fraud occurring within the bank and they are investigating this currently. Kind regards Dr Lynn Holmes, Alberton

Small Framing Business Amazing Service
I have been using Rand Art Picture Frames for over 20 years in Randhart in Alberton. It is a small business and they give exceptional personal service no matter how small the job. They have framed small pictures and graduations certificates to special art all at very reasonable prices. Nothing is too much effort and they go out of their way to give advice and show you different framing techniques to make the picture look great. The service is quick and efficient as well. Rare outstanding service
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from The Sweat Shop Bedfordview and had amazing personal service from Lebo Kola. I was so happy with my shoes I went back to get another pair the same two weeks later. The store did not have have stock but Lebo ordered them for me. I live in Alberton so it is quite far to go and collect the shoes. A few days later I got a call from Lebo to say my running shoes had arrived. He told me that he lives quite close to me in the South and that he would deliver them personally to me at my home, which he did. It is rare to find service like this at no extra charge these days. Dotsure excellent service
I researched a while to find insurance for my three rescue Dobermans, two who are older being 7 and 9 years old. The 9 year old was excluded from most but Dotsure agreed to insure him along with my other two dogs. I had outstanding customer service from Chadwick Lewis who went out of his way to assist me and followed up on all my questions and met all my dogs' needs. It is rare to find such genuine and caring people these days. THANK YOU CHAD and DOTSURE!!! You came highly recommended from a friend with rescue dogs. Now I will recommend you too.
