I had taken out a funeral cover for my grandfather a long time ago. He sadly passed in 2022. I've made a claim hustle free. But now they keep on deducting the premiums😳😳. I called to ask why was that happening. I was told that they will cancel and I would be given my refund!!! It's been 4months now since I logged a request but nothing has not been done!!! They just keep deducting.
I've last submitted funeral claim insurance LAST WEEK MONDAY at vereeniging branch. To this day I haven't received ANY COMMUNICATION FROM STANDARD BANK, not even a simple sms acknowledging the receipt of my documents.. Yesterday I called them and the consultant I spoke to claimed that they received the documents however the claim has NOT BEEN EVEN REGISTERED YET 😢. But they even managed to debit on my account for the same policy I'm claiming on!!!
The Hang Awt 1632 is a definite NO!!!!!. I've just had an awful experience. My sister got was deliberately knocked down by gas heater by some weird guy(customer). To cut long story short! A guy who works there (Siya) arranged a camera footage for us to see what really happened. We saw the footage and immediately tracked down the person who stole the phone, we were fortunate enough as he was still in the premises.. So the footage shows this guy picking up the cellphone and putting it on his back pocket right?!When he was asked he acted as if he confused. Even the waiters confirmed that he is mad and we won't get the answers we looking for!!! So now my question is how do we allow such people coming in our restaurant??? The evidence points at him but he comes with pathetic stories😡😡😡. Now who will be held accountable???. I honestly need some answers...
I'm having an awful experience with Standard bank funeral. I've submitted my claim on the 17th June 2021, can you believe to this day I haven't received the payout. I haven't laid my mother to rest because of them. All I'm getting is that the matter is been escalated.
Afternoon Can you kindly assist me report a pathetic service I'm receiving from 3gmobileservices. I've last sent my device for repair on the 27th of January 2021. They have claimed that my phone is a physical damage so I need to pay R759 for them to fix it. I did as told(made a payment to a given account no.) but now they are busy making excuses. What worse is that they don't even answer their phone. Please help me report this
