Impeccable Service Levels
I am an insurance broker in the short-term industry, and it's been 3weeks since we started working with UMA and I must say the service levels thus far is impeccable. I work in the claim department as a claim's specialist. this industry is a fast-paced business and client's need to feel safe, appreciated and taken care of, to date I have not encountered any service issues and queries are attended too on time.bi would like to extend a huge thank you and please keep up the great work. it's not easy dealing with one's risk or property however we keep pushing and practicing TCF.

ATTITUDE IS JUST LIKE A FLAT TYRE IF YOU DO NOT CHANGE IT THEN YOU WONT GO ANYWERE.
EXTREAMLY RUDE INDIVIDUALS SINCE I CAN REMEMBER I HAVE DEALT WITH SANTAM CONSULTANTS IN THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AND AS A BROKER WE SUPPOSED TO WORK HAND IN HAND BUT THEIR INDIVIDUAL ATTITUDES HAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THE TONE IN THE VOICE SETS THE STAGE, THEY MAY HAVE A HEAVEY CLEINT BASE WHICH IS GREAT BUT EVERY CLEINT DESERVES RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING. I WISH SOMETHING COULD BE DONEN ABOUT IT, I WONT NAME AND SHAME BUT I AS A BROKER AM SADDED AND DIOSAPPOINTED IN THE BEHAVIOUR OF THESE INDIVIDUALS.

KLOPPERPARK MEDICAL CLINIC A DEATH TRAP!!
Good day I have lived in the klopperpar/isando area for close to 3years now and klopperpar clinic is the only nearby medical centre that is supposed to provide a medical service to the community. sadly this is not the case, i just wish we could get a medical inspector or an official under the Ekhuruleni to come and view the nonsense happening, the non caring of patients and no regard for human life. the whole place is a sick mess. trading hours are 8am to 4pm but patients are only seen to from 11am and once 12pm strikes they all go on lunch and for those patients that come after 12 are turned away!! that clinic is a death trap for all involved. whom ever was tendered to manage that clinic needs to go to a mental institution because all complaints are thrown in the trash.
