Believe every word the customer are saying people about sabelo eggs they are ****mers they will take your money via cellphones payments once they got it they start with did you receive a email from courier than it shows you must pay insurance to them sabelo them for courier right so you pay than next is add stock without your knowledge cause apparently the courier does not take one box but one the website they leuer you in with 1 box Is minimum for delivery ok than you don't get any delivery the next day as promised and you call or whatapp, than the boss says you must first pay balance of 3 boxes and he told the courier not to deliver but you received a email say it's in transit huh 😲 so now you don't get anything. This site needs to be removed many other like myself will fall victim to these ****** if nothing gets done they need to be investigated and by looks of they have been getting away with conning innocent people I only looked them up after sending them money and not receiving any stock I hope this helps others who is honestly trying to make a living for themselves and not fall prey to these ****mers.
In may the agents in port Elizabeth came to our enterprise asking if interested in vending with them we were told the process is 3weeks after receiving personal information ID, proof address, registration all done 3 weeks later I started receiving messages with a reference of transactions I contacted the guys in PE on 12th and 13 July they tell me oh the must look for the documents and contract cause it was never send to head office on the 13 July I received a call from head office saying it's been processed I should wait 3 weeks so I wait 12 August I call head office on the number they called from the 13 July so they say to contact them via WhatsApp which I did and send detail no response on monday 15 I call and now it's a different story the application is now pending and they no long require our application and I should not call again as there are now to many vendors in the same area so I said but since the application I've been received SMS of use of the service using my cellphone phone number she tells me to send screenshots which I did she said that it will be forwarded to customer service to be removed I asked that I'd like to know how my details are being used no response who says the application was not done for a other organization using our details because it was coming on our personal number
I joined discovery health for my husband and have consent in regard as to act on his behalf long story short the account was inactive since January 2020 I realised that in March call after call and sending proof of payments they realised it was allocated to the wrong account, did they fix the problem no it went unfix I continue calling and was told to fill in a restatement form I did that still nothing I phone I July and I'm told the membership has been cancelled due to late payment which was not the case I made payment up until they said it was canceled apparently it was for wrong allocation they made anyway it's done I'm told to fill in forms requesting reinburstment forms for a change in banking detail I did it then August 2020 waited and waited so the calls and emails start again I'm told to send a bankstatment ID I do that still nothing I phone numerous time the I'm told It was payed I must contact the I do that I'm told they should give a reference I phone I asked for the reference I'm told they will email me the proof still no responses after that phone again I'm told it was just payed 15 min ago it will reflect after the weekend Haha I'm the fool now yes waiting again still nothing before xmas a few days again I'm calling I'm told to resend all documents so here we go again I do it what January 2021 stl no response emails again than now again a new story it's the wrong documents I need a new bankstatment I do it still now no responses it's not just one months premiums but 6 months accumulating to R13000 and for them not to make an attempt to pay up
My partner who is a foreigner and therefore unfamiliar with rica bought a sim card years ago which he has been using. He lost his phone several days ago and we went to the cell c branch to get sim swap but they were unable to help as it turns out his sim is rica'd under someone else's details. We tried anyway to phone the customer care line to see if they could help, and they then suspended his sim from being swapped obviously due to the fact that he is not the registered person on sim. So how does cell c not have a backup plan for such situations as i myself have experienced this before because it's so common to buy a SIM which turns out to be illegally rica'd. I am able to provide dialled numbers and he recharges regularly sometime so much we dont know the exact amount he uses this number for business call we stuck now
