The Radisson Blu Umhlanga offers a unique dining experience: Are you ready to test your patience? If you're up for dying of hunger, then this is the place for you! Craving three scoops of ice cream and have 36 minutes to spare? Look no further than the Radisson Blu. Need a cappuccino after a long day? Only 35 minutes away! For dinner with a view, place your order around noon and expect it to arrive fashionably late by 6:05 PM. Room service? Their Margareta pizza, while basic, arrives piping hot after a comedy and drama-filled three-hour wait. Want to relax with some TV? Enjoy flicking through channels for days only to find a marvelous black hole in the wall instead. Forget modern service; this overrated 3-star motel in Umhlanga delivers a wonderfully shocking blast from the past, circa late 1800s. Great location, unforgettable experience! (Denvor Govender)
Web Africa's service delivery appears to be substandard. The CEO, Sean Nourse, seems to lack accountability for the failures of his teams, and clients are unable to communicate with him directly. Consequently, customers have had to resort to alternative channels such as LinkedIn to reach him, while the organization remains unresponsive to my concerns. Service outages have persisted going onto 12 days without resolution, and the available communication channels, including the automated messaging system, Whatsapp, and landline, are either dysfunctional or manned only by sales personnel. Despite this, the CEO claimed that productivity has improved by 20%, which seems unlikely given the staff's apparent lack of knowledge, communication failures and the length of time clients have to wait for response. I guess the only advantage to working from home is taking those lazy strolls on the beach and playing a round of golf whilst everything else falls apart. As a client, one is at the mercy of Web Africa, and even the CEO is unreachable, having also lost connectivity. For a technology organization like Web Africa, their service levels are unacceptable and require immediate improvement. I am still without fibre connection after 12 days!!!!!
I booked flights from Jbn to CA prior to the initial locdown and could not fly with my family as a result. When booking I used 93k voyager miles and also paid R2043.00 in cash to book the flights. I contacted the airline way in advance but the cancelation of the flight and was told to email vouchers which I did. I received a response and furnished my details. I only received a voucher to the value of the cash portion I paid in and have since queried about my 93k miles which were not reversed, refunded or issued as a voucher. Mango refuses to reply to all emails sent since April and I have sent them over 9 mails... read this loud and clear I WANT MY CASH REFUND NOW!!!!
Hi.. I have cancelled my gym membership in September 2017 and Planet fitness refuses to execute the cancellation even though period has terminated. I was told that it was better to see the end of the contract out instead of paying a penalty which I agreed, this March 2018.After almost 2 years of being pushed back and forth from call agent to gym personnel my queries have NOT been resolved. I've visited the gym several times and gym personnel also assisted in cancelling the membership but to no avail. I've logged many calls and no one from the call center ever calls back. Planet fitness fraudulently debuting my account and again this month a debit order comes off even after me cancelling once again. I can no longer tolerate this because one is unable to speak to anyone other the gym personnel who barely have any literacy to solve this problem. No one will even give you the regional managers contact details. I am owed thousands of rands and mysteriously my telephone calls which are recorded have all vanished. I was also told that after the contract expiry date, the contract automatically runs on a month to month, this is NOT what the contract states, I have a copy and no one has informed me of this. PLANET FITNESS I want my refund since April 2018, I will settle for nothing less. This is my last request to you before I institute legal action against you. I've frankly had enough of the incompetence in your organisation and that was the reason i left your gym in the first place.
