Most Pathetic bank EVER
I don't know how much more pathetic a bank can be. A long time ago i asked them to close my credit card and Cheque Account, due to it going in the minus. I got SMS after SMS saying "has an unauthorised overdrawn debit ballance," while they are the ones that made it happen. After long struggles, they finally closed it. then for some odd reason i cannot log into my account at all. I still have other accounts there, after emailing them again and again for help, but no one responds. I take it everyone was fired or something ... Hopefully, there is still someone working there who can read and respond to me so I can get some information.

ABSA VERY BAD SERVICE
I have been with ABSA for more than 30 years. Now my profile is locked, not because I didn't pay my bond or accounts. But because I haven't submitted proof of my ID. and it's not that I didn't try, but the application and site do not show where to upload this. I do get that you want to keep the bad people out, but why the ones that has been with you for AGES, I think after 30 years, you know who I am?

Awesome Service
I phoned in regards whether the inverter could take Lithium batteries before I bought new ones and my call was transferred to the Cape Town branch and I was then on the Phone with Zack and he helped with the information and also helped me set up my inverter , I message him a few times even after hours , and he helped me so much without complaining or being rude .

Very bad site and customer service
The full-service side of things where u have to do the beneficiary and/or recurring payment edits are broken and unusable. The group title shows but when u open it there is nothing inside and can't display the content. Did log a ticket and sent 3 emails feels like I'm being ignored . Been a loyal customer since I opened my account almost 25 years ago but can't do much from the portal and its been 3 weeks already that I've been struggling with this .

Pathetic service
This was the most pathetic service i have ever received. After placing the meal on the app we waited for an hour and half , then we recieved a phonecall from uberEats there was no driver to pick up the food from mc donalds . Isnt that the hole point of having it delivered to your home ?
