Worst experience ever. Same adres for 13years. Never had a delivery problem. Haven't received my parcel that was supposed to be delivered 12July. No one phoned. Apparently couldn't get hold of me or find my address. Took it back to warehouse. Had to reorder and paid R130 more for item. All this I found out from making contact with Takealot. Takealot PLEASE don't use this company.
This is incredible how company can manage to just withdraw money from debit order without any papers signed or permission granted from account holder. How banks can allow this is amazing. ASTRE COVER manages to deduct a monthly fee. If you try and get hold of them it is impossible. They just change a single nr on the reference and deduct again next month.
So when you struggle with a company named Spree they all of a sudden change to Superbalist....so what about unresolved problems?? Or do they disappear with Spree? No feedback on emails no cashback and no item! This is so ridiculous.
I bought pants and received it on 23 August 2018 from Spree which I needed to exchange. After several phonecalls and emails and no collection I eventually couriered the pants back myself. They waited for the return parcel to being back with no success again. Another week went by before the new parcel arrived only to discover they did not exchange my parcel they just resent it back exactly the same way we send it. They've put it in a new bigger bag with the old parcel inside. Email and call them. With no help whatsoever. Only receive rating service emails. It is now a month since I've bought it and tried to exchange.
