Upon my visit to the SPA I was in a hurry to get dressed & to leave the SPA before closing time. Being in a hurry, I left some of my valuables behind in the dressing room. I called the SPA weeks after my visit to confirm if I have left my belongings behind upon which the SPA confirmed that they have kept all my belongings safe in their lost & found room. A BIG thank you to the Soulstice Day Spa team for honouring honesty as part of their policy!
I experienced the WORST customer care EVER received with Cell C and I will not advise anyone to contract with Cell C should they ever consider moving away from their current network service provider!! I'm generally an extremely happy customer with loads of compliments towards brands and service providers but I honestly have nothing good to say about Cell C. In 2018 I decided to move away from Vodacom to contract with Cell C due to their great value mobile contract promotional offering. Upon my subscription I was promised a Black box device, as part of the contract promotional offer, which I never received. I was not too bothered by this at first as my initial intent for taking up the new contract was to upgrade my mobile device to a new model. 3 Months into my new contract, my brand new iPhone X broke down. Since my device brake down, dated 13 July 2018, I've received no actual concrete confirmation of when I can expect my fully functional device back? I tried calling the repair service centre by dialling the number on the SMS notifications sent by Cell C but this was a dead end because Cell C provided me with the wrong contact info? (You can just imagine how bad things are at Cell C when they send notification messages with the incorrect/unavailable support contact information?) I'm now struggling between branch (trying their upmost best to support me) & the repair centre, who could not care less about my device, to get a perfectly working device back. It's dreadful to think that my device has been at Cell C for repairs, for a longer time period, than I actually could enjoy or use my device since I have received it! It's really sad to think that I trusted the Cell C brand. I was open to love & be loyal to the brand, carrying a true brand ambassador flag! After this horrible ordeal, I honestly can not wait until my contract lapse in order to return to Vodacom!
