This company calls you acting like they want to remove your name from Debt Review and that they are based in Cape Town. They offer to restructure your Debt and charge you a fee for Debt review removal. I spoke to a lady named Zandile who gave me both her personal numbers but they never go through now that They have take their first installment, 071 099 6654 and is her business number. These people are ****med because I am still in debt review wven though I paid for removal and they also took money they were supposed to pay my accounts with but none of my accounts have been paid this month.
I asked to cancel a subscription in 2022 and supersonic never cancelled it and instead just kept charging me for data I wasn't even using. But since I had cancelled the debit orders they handed me over to attorneys to pay what thry charged ne after I had asked to cancel. Worst customer service ever. They don't follow up on cancelation requests abd their customers have yo pay for that.
Supersonic is making me run around in circles to cancel my subscription. When I signed up the guy said it is a month to month contract and you can cancel anytime as along as you give 30 days notice. I sent a cancelation email on the 11th of April and nobody got back to me. I called back 2 weeks later because to find out why I haven't received feedback and they said they tried calling me but I kept drop the call, this did NOT happen!!! The lady on the call said the cancelation department will call me back and they still didn't. 4 months later these people are still billing me as I'd I did not cancel my subscription, I would like my subscription calbcelled PLEASE and I do t think it's fair that you guys keep charging me every month and ruining my credit score!!! They have billed me for May, June, July and August even though I have requested a cancelations. Now I must run after supersonic to cancel when I was told it's a month to month contract while they keep charging me and get me in debt? This is unacceptable.
I was in debt review and a friend of mine who works at in the relevant department told me that they have lawyers that deal removing people from debt review. I paid the R4500 to be represented in court and apparently I was removed, this was in July 2019. Now I am trying to purchase a car and FNB still has my risk category at 4 which is very high risk and means you are still in debt review. When I called the FNB debt review centre they told me that I needed to submit a court letter that states that I am no longer in debt review. I called the lawyer in December to let her know that my risk status never changed even though I'm no longer in debt review and that I should submit a letter from the court. She said she would send it the following day in the morning, which was the 22nd of December 2019. I sent her a reminder and she never got back to me, she told me she had left the office already and is on leave and she will send it on the 6th. I called her again on the 6th to remind her and she told me that I'm not her only client, she is busy updating her client's documents and that she promises she will send me the letter that same day. She still hasn't sent it, but now what is the point of calling her if she will tell me that I am not her only client? Is this how lawyers at old mutual treat their clients? I'm extremely disappointed... I can't even make any purchases because my credit score is being affected negatively by the absence of this letter. Does she have to get back to court to give me this letter? Because cause I was under the impression that she would have gotten the letter on the day she represented me in court and all she has to do is send it to me. Worst client service and lack of urgency because it's not her credit record that is being affected.
