Hello I bought a car at motorcity in PMB and after two weeks the car started showing problems and only to notice that some of the cars parts are not the original parts of the car and It seems like the car has been once involved in an accident.The drivers door could hardly be closed, the windows on the car have different codes and the drivers side were dimed windows with smash and grab and the others clear windows with no smash and grab.The drivers door inside had the door pilling off.I was told the car was brand new only to find out the car had 2000km and its a demo that wa sold to me at a very high price than the normal car retail value. Now after this two weeks trying to return the car and now they are telling mr stories and they have not given me the spare keys,delaying to send me the contract.
Early this year around March I tried to take a contract with Telkom. Their employee who was assisting me told me that my contract was approved but they were out of stock for the phone I wanted so he told me that he was going to order the phone and call me when it arrives. Few days from that I received a statement from Telkom saying I should pay about R1400 by the 30th of March. I got confused and went back at the store to ask if what was this payment for and it was already the end of the week so I also asked that why was my phone not here yet.The assistant who was helping me that day checked the system and said that I had received the phone .I told him that I have not received any phone and I didn't sign the contract yet to prove that I had received the phone. When the assistant saw the way the contract was done buy the first assistant who helped me take the contract he told me that we have to cancel the contract because the way the first assistant did it was not right and lucky it was still within 7 days after taking the contract so we filled all the necessary documents to cancel the contract and they first assistant who was opening the contract for me disappeared and never came to work again and they told m that they cant trace the guy at all then the case was then said to be a fraud case and under investigations till to date every time I go there to see if is it cancelled m always told that they are still investigating whereas I received an sms saying my case was resolved. now every month im being debited for something I didn't even get and something that was caused by their employees and the manager told me that these nothing he can do to help me.
