I joined zone fitness in December the guy who assisted me we agreed that my debit order must be on the 7th every month that’s what i signed for, they deducted on the 1st i called them they said they only deducte on the 1st/31st i then asked them to cancel my debit order i’ll pay cash the guy i spoked to on the phone said he’ll ask about cash payments and call me back he never called until today, i wanna cancel my contract i will join GYM company
We just bought Castle Lite quarts at enzo’s Paul Kruger 6 and 5 were okay the other 1 was off we told the bar tender he said we must wait for the owner they dn’t have customer service it’s my first time her and my last i’m so disappointed and ****ed thought it was better but NO
I normally buy my son sandwich almost every morning at Shoprite middestad mall in Pretoria cbd on our way to school, today when i got there the queu was long we couldn’t wait since we had limited time, left his school bag at parcel counter the lady who was working there in there morning said she gave me ticket number 15 which i think someone took it, because normally when i give them my son’s school bag at the parcel counter they’ve never gave me ticket thought she’ll but it on the floor like most days,your manager who was supposed to help me gave me attitude and she never even bother to listen to what happened she said they cn’t give me my son school bag because it might not me mine, I asked how will i claim a school bag which is not mine and i was at the shop for only few seconds not even a minute, I forgot the managers name but she doesn’t have customer service she need proper training, i wanna appreciate the lady at the parcel counter and the security guy for their customer service, my son was late at school because of your manager who never even bothered to solve the situation instead she walked away i’m totally not happy with her customer services and from today i’ll buy my son sandwiches at Pick ‘n Pay because it’s also near Shoprite.
I have claimed insurance at vodacom in November 2023 but insurance was declined but until today they still deducting insurance for a phone which i dn’t hv💔
Supets scammed us,on the 21st Janaury i received free bets like normal free bets i won R3600 withdrawn R3500 the after i day or 2 m suprised i hvn’t received my ewallet so i called them they said it was a system error their busy investigating,no one is calling us to update us if i never called they would bother to call me and tell me they had a system error on APT game,I want my money is not play fault that the cn’t manage their system i won and i want my money when we loss with their network they never complain can you please help me get my R3500 i won that money and i need it
I dn’t know how my cellphone insurance got declined at first their consultant said my imei number was not on their system when i called again I guy who helped me used the very same imei number to blacklist the phone that i lost,today they saying i was not using their network provider which other network provider can i use when in my village we only have a Vodacom network only. I feel like Vodacom is scamming me, So i paid for phone insurance for so many months when i lost my phone they telling me a story which i dn’t get i dn’t have any other SIM card we only have Vodacom network in the village what you guys are doing is totally unfair but i have learned to never trust Vodacom ever again this will my last contract with you guys. You must double check your system i have never used a different network provider unless the person who stole my phone is using a different network provider.
I have lay-byed a bed janaury 2022,March 2022 i went to the store for cancellation but i was told they dn’t have money i have to write my name on a waiting list until today i haven’t received a call from the and i need my money back,the attitude of the cashier was so bad.It was my 1st time and my last buying from that store
I always have a problem with vodacom customer service, i received my salary on friday vodacom didn't deduct then on saturday i called their customer care the told me they will deduct on the 3rd because 30th its on a weekend, iur agreement for debit order date its the last day if the month, now they've already charged me R100 for bounced debit order i had money in my account on friday its not my problem i cn't pay R100 for something which its not my fault.i also wanna cancel the new contract that i just did with them vodacom has a bad customer service.
