Once again Vodacom excel themselves with the level of devious dealings they are known for. If you want to learn trickery, duplicity and deception, go work for Vodacom. They'll train you. I signed a quote for a R168.99 and the bill arrives and it's R273.43. An absolute bunch of C's. This will not rest here.
Be careful doing business with a company that is not transparent and quick to take your money for no service delivery. Unless you're a big corporate with deep pockets to keep the bosses in luxury, their service is non existent, u can't reach them, they don't keep appointments, impossible to reach, and surprise surprise where are the actual customer reviews.
Absolutely appalled by the sly manoeuvring of VODACOM call centre staff that call you to offer amazing deals and the next thing you know you’ve apparently signed up to a new contract, when you know you never agreed to any such thing. When money is already so scare and people are battling to get by in a falling economy, we have a South African company with very dodgy corporate responsibility to its users by allowing this type of scamming of its account holders. Try getting anyone at Vodacom to explain this behaviour or even take responsibility and you get nowhere. Who gets to spend sleepless nights about the additional expense? Me! Who gets to spend many hours on phones pursuing this to hold Vodacom accountable for their lies? Me!
