I placed an online order on the 5th of March and was only delivered on the 10th of March.I opened the box and none of my items that I ordered was in the box.Instead Bacon dog biscuits,for a muslim in the holy month of Ramadaan.I contact telephonically Makro ,guess what no REPLY,send a whatsapp no REPLY. Next Day whatsapp team respond with attitude that they first need to receive the incorrect box so i can take it to the store ,what a cheeky consultant...... I paid for the items and I am getting no assistance. I will definetely never return to Makro I tried contacting them on the 12th for a follow up ,but i guess they are working from home and still sleeping
After 14 days My Skyworth television decided not go on.I returned the television on the 18th of December 2023 .It is nearly a month later and still no television.I paid for the television and for nearly a month my new year starts with no televison
I bought a black forest cake which was utterly horrible.The cake was dry and it is supposed to have chocolate ganache between the layers of cake but all i had was dryness of a cocoa bread. I would have expected a better quality cake and deeply disappointed .
