To whom this may concern, I recently received an email threatening me with legal action because I supposedly failed to pay a debt. However, Telkom never informed me of any outstanding fees. I received no calls, emails, or SMS messages. I have also phoned Telkom multiple times and was assured that there are no outstanding debts. I have always paid all my debts on time, and there is a scheduled debit order for the 15th of each month. I have received a statement showing a R0.00 outstanding balance. I spoke to a gentleman named "Karabo," who reviewed the statement with me and could not understand the issue either. As a result of this mistake, my credit score has been negatively affected, and I am unable to purchase a house that I was in the process of buying. My phone service has not even been cut off, so I do not understand how this situation has occurred. Telkom does not even have a record of a handover reference on my name. I have attempted to resolve this issue amicably, but I am now at my wit's end. I will be taking legal action against Telkom and Nudebt for harassment and listing me without cause. The agents are extremely condescending ,when you query something that was explained wrong by them in the first place. Dewald Gouws in sales does not come back to you, after multiple times trying to contact him and leaving messages. Chante Damon is extremely full of herself with an attitude. I was a week with you guys and already experienced bad service and communication. I confirmed the delivery address with Dewald, yet he sent the courier to the wrong place. After multiple calls he ignores me, and I had to sort it out with the courier myself. How is the courier the client problem? Nonetheless, sorted it out and had to wait till 6 on a Friday afternoon for the courier at my work, because they only dispatched at 4 and there was loadhsedding, after I told them I wont be there at 4. I am woman alone in a very dangerous area in my car. Level 7 has no regard for their clients, and I regret using your service everyday. STAY AWAY!!!!

I'm truly sorry that you don't need my business. Your agents are rude and clearly know nothing about professionalism and communication. They act like you owe them something and asking for a viewing is such a inconvenience. Between Huurkor and Just Properties, I don't know who is worse.
Do you train your staff or do you just hire any person? The lack of communication and professionality is honestly a disgrace. Please train your agents.
Their drivers bring your food to wasted and drifting outside the containers, then the restaurant sends you food that looks like something my dog would bring up. Mr D and Bismillah Laduim are both disgusting and has no worry about their clients. This is beyond acceptable. I have tried making contact with them and I have photos of the disgusting food but, they ignore you. i almost paid R200 for something as terrible. Criminal if you ask me.
The staff is rude especially the supervisor(Male). They are so rude and unfriendly and they shout at the customers I was not the only customer they shouted at. MTN IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN I WILL NO LONGER USE YOUR SERVICES! !!!
