I contacted OUTsurance to inquire about the annual premium increase and was assisted in the most professional manner. The agent was friendly, enthusiastic, and highly knowledgeable, going the extra mile to address my query. It is always a pleasure to work with OUTsurance representatives. As a customer for over 10 years, I have never been disappointed.
Went for treatment Sept-Oct 2018. Unethical business, unprofessional services, overcharged us and added additional items on our invoice that we did not use. When we addressed concerns, we we were asked to leave. They still owe us money they refuse to pay. Dirty rooms, uneatable food, no compassionate care for a wellness retreat, stay away, waste of money!
