I returned (MRRN-68RKG-ZM5X )a faulty Sup Game Box 400 in 1. This item I received in a damaged box that looked like ot was already sent back and forth and opened multiple times. The packaging was taped together. On opening the box the battery included was swollen. I still tried to insert it into the game and charge it, but it would not the game would only work while plugged into a very short charging cable. So I logged a return and dropped the box with everything packed neatly in it again, off at the Takealot pick up again. I then received an email from the returns department saying the battery was not included in the box when I sent it back. Coincidence. The one thing I said was faulty and made sure was IN THE BOX! They are now sending the box back to me. What should I do with a game that does not charge?
Ordered labels for my boys on 20 Dec 2023. It is now 13 Jan 2024 and have received nothing. They do not answer my emails and I cannot get hold of them. Lot of money down the drain.
Ordered electric toothbrush from them three weeks ago. Received email with invoice and date of shipping. Never received anything. Not replying on emails. Not picking up phone. Lots of money lost.
Nedbank insurance: What a let down once again. In 2018 we had the same problem of them not handling our claiming, dragging it out over months with a leak and wet room, damaged cupboards and floors. This time it was our neighbour's leak. Now fixed, but our garage and laundry room is still a mess with cupboards that we had to throw out, still a hole in the wall, still damaged floors and paint coming off the wall. We logged the complaint on 15 June 2020. They sent out someone to look at it, we have sent in our own quotes as we do not want ten different people coming into our home at this uncertain time. Still...nothing. Every time my husband phones (which is a few times a week) he is told someone will get back to him. Nothing has been repaired. No quotes have been approved. No plans have been made from their side. What a disappointment for the second time. I really need to get a different company to insure with.
My baby room (yes I am 6 months pregnant) has been under water for 3 MONTHS! They have sent out 5 different people to assess the problem. 4 of them saying the water leaks from outside when it rains and that they can’t find the problem. Every time with an excuse until my husband hit a giant hole in the wall to find the leak himself and called them again. So on Monday they sent plumber number 5 that found the problem within a few monutes and then cut off my water. It is now Thursday and nothing has happened. They have sent no one to fox the problem. Called their call centre 3 times today already not to count the previous calls. No one can help me. Each person blames another for the wait and still my water is off and the baby room is still wet. They keep saying they are waiting for paperwork from one of their own departments as the plumber sent his report days ago. Spoken to several people just passing me one to the next blaming a different department and not helping me at all. For three months this has been going on. Each week my husband phones to check on the progress and each week nothing happens. Laminated flooring has been thrown out, our second room has now also been damaged of the water leaking through the house from the baby room. My anxiety levels are rising and I fear the room will not be ready if baby comes early.
