Miassit is **** I'm sick and tired of it they service is **** they consultant are untrained.
Bongiwe at Capitec customer care was so not much knowledgeable about her work, really guys would you place people of lack of banking knowledge on the call center. Funny thing is she wouldn't even wanna hear me out she just wanted to state that her word is final and mine is void. Tjoo Capitec please highly train your staff from the smallest of detail because we cant be having arguments with your staff over the line.
I'm so ****ed at this moment with KFC mall@reds I fail to understand why would you make an online app and deliver something of your choice. I ordered 2 streetwise 3 pap and gravy on uber eats the rudeness of the driver he didnt even allow me to check my order to see if its correct he just drove off. One the drive was late and had attitude, 2 when I get in my place and open the order its streetwise 3 chips in which I didnt order chips I wanted pap. I'm really ****ed and disappointed with KFC nxa. I wouldn't recommend both at all.
Tuesday I was at pick n pay golden walk purchasing some lunch it was around 12:30 in the afternoon. Just when I get to Point of sale I was served by Yolanda forgot her surname, I waited for like 15 minutes in the que meanwhile I was in front she was dealing with other customer she didn't even have decent to inform I as the customer since I was alone in line to pay to her that she is experiencing a problem with her machine she just said nothing until the matter was solved with the customer that was paying, after I was next to pay and she didn't even greet or apologize for the wait she just scanned my items and said "plastic" and told me my amount and I paid and left. I was ****ed off at the level of service at pick n pay Golden walk your staff needs training on customer services they lack in it. They don't know how to serve a customer and they have attitude.
What a terrible service I received at Park Central spares today. You guys must go for training for cellphone etiquette. You talk to clients like I'm force to buy there or I'm begging for your service. **** service never am I recommending Park Central Spares to anyone that asks me for motor parts.
If money doesn't disappear, you charged for unknown charges. I use to highly recommend it but not it has shown it's true colour I'm sick of nedbank and money disappearing nxa. I'm changing to Standard bank
