Hi I am Mr Nogaya, I bought a navy suit at Bryants Suits in Berea, East London in January 2021. The trouser was long and they suggested that they will take it to their own Taylor which is also in Berea, East London. Indeed they took it there and I was informed it will be ready in the following day and I must come fit it in the afternoon. When I went there I discovered that his measurements were not accurate as it was now shorter than the actual measurements that were taken. Then I went to Bryants suits to complain since it was them who took it there and now they are sending me back and forth instead of resolving this problem. It is the responsibility of Bryants suits to resolve this matter as it is them who took the suit to that Taylor. I requested my refund since the trouser is irreparable as it is now too short and the Taylor said there is nothing he can do anymore. Bryants suits have not responded to my request. I am currently writing this review on behalf of my brother is so frustrated as his car went for repairs in a Company called Titanium Auto Services in Middledrift, Eastern Cape. The owner of the company claimed to be the specialist for the BMWs. He took his BWM car in for engine repairs in November 2019 and he only received it in February 2020, but he only drove it for two days and it was broken again. The mechanic came to tow it from the N2 freeway to King Williams Town. Since that day in February 2020, he never got it back till today. The company owner keeps on promising him that he is going to get it but nothing happens and when he calls him, he does not answer the phone most of the times. When he went there to check it, the car was not fixed whereas he has already paid a lot of money for the repairs. He is not the only one who is being robbed by this Man. As we speak he does not have a car, PLEASE HELP AS HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE . I was involved in an accident on the 3rd August 2018 between Viedgesville (Umtata) and Mqanduli. The insurance sent the JCR tow truck from Umtata to tow my car. My car sent to Panel City in Umtata for repairs on the 8th August 2018. Net Assess assessed the car on the 10th August 2018, Assessment Number: 562416. The Authorisation for repairs was on the 14 August 2018. I received an email telling that. My car was sent to Panel City Beaters in Umtata without informing me first even though I informed them that I stay in East London. The last communication from Momentum was on the 23rd August 2018, saying " We are committed to providing you with an AWESOME SERVICE, but i'm provided with the opposite. My car is 2014 VOLKSWAGEN POLO 1.6 COMFORTLINE 5DR. I have not received any update from them about my car. I have called them several times and they promise to get back to me and they don't. I don't know what to do anymore, Its more than two months now. Don't have a car as car hire was only a month. PLEASE ASSIST ME.
