I am bitterly disappointed I ordered food to be delivered between 9 and 10 on 6 Oct 2022 at our offices it is now 11.31 nothing has arrived yet - this was in order to have refreshments for a very important meeting scheduled and i have already put thru the order last night. however, on the app it show the food items has been delivered and the delivery is now closed i have not heard from Woolworths. or the driver indicating that the delivery is going to be late or where the offices are if they are lost This is deplorable Why is the service so bad now that the app ahs been integrated with the Woolworths website? i should not even give one star - they deliver no stars now the agent on the line says they tried to phone me but i did not answer No to get recompense i must send a screen shot of my phone to say i di not receive any calls How is this customer service?
excellent service from start to finish the team they send out was great and very efficient and especially careful with my belongings well done
