The company is keeping my tax-free investment hostage and refusing to pay the money over to another financial institution as required by the laws of South Africa. I will be filing an official complaint with the Ombudsman and the Department of Trade and Industry soonest. This is the WORST FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER in the world. I advise everybody to avoid using them - since opening my tax-free plan they have even lost some of the capital that I invested. Now that I want to move it to a better company, they are refusing to do it and even refusing to respond to my messages.
