This is so so bad and hate about Discovery Bank snd I'm still in this mess due to them snd no one is doing their job correctly..honestly. Was in a lengthy talk with Tasha on Friday they want me tonpay for their mistakes their staff's and stupidity. They are prolonging my pain my nerves stress and depression all due to them I have the proof. Me Mbali was also then going to call me was going to request te footave at Canal Walk branch all a bunch of ****s..I can name all of them I have dealt with. No one goes to the recordings all a bunch of lazy peiple and ****s just their to rob us and earn money they did not work for. Can you believe it, still today Tasha did not call, still today my account is not closed..still today they are keeping it active i never gave them consent to do such. Still they are a disgrace. People nation do not ever deal with Discovery Bank. To many peiple have bad experiences with Discovery Bank..for a R700 I am in this mess for their staff that is unskilled unprofessuonal. Can you believe nation, they have send an email apparantly May month and I am so glad they have forwarded it to this email from this platform...low and behold my email is on their system...oh gosh I have the proof..they wanted to mame me a**** their incompetant staff send it to wrong email addy and has never reached me and it is on thwir system. How incompetant...I have approached the National Ombudsman and the Consumer Commission too as this matter for a R700 which was suppose to closed Februaru/March already is kept active by them and none goes to all the recordings and none does their job accordingly. This is serious the CEO of Discovery Bank needs to get into this and his or her busisness and sort their mess. Wednesday is almost over. Their social media team is up to **** too. Till today still no news from Vodacom though they said one of their consultants will contact me. Not interested in their consultants as all of them seems not to know their job and a bunch of ****s.
