Worst experience ever, treated like paying criminals.
Good day I bought a 3 seater Karina Mojave Sienna couch from Coricraft Centurion in 2014 and then later bought a 2 seater Mala Columbian spice couch in 2016. The Mojave sienna was discontinued so I asked for a color that is similar to the Mojave sienna and the sales lady proposed that I buy the Columbian spice. The couch was delivered and I went in store and complained that it's too dark and not the same as the Columbian spice couches I was shown in store. The couch is dark brown and it looks like the Kodiac Hazel and not the Columbian spice that I was invoiced for. I was advised in store that the reason the colour was so dark was because the couch was still new and that I should apply the couch hide food for the colour to improve. It's been almost 2 years and the colour of the 2 seater is still dark and still resembles the Kodiac hazel and not the Columbian spice Colour that I was invoiced for. I am very happy with the 3 seater that I bought in 2014 as the Mojave sienna that was delivered is exactly what I was invoiced for..but the same can not be said about the 2 seater I bought in 2016. This has affected my confidence in the centurion branch to a point that I have been sceptical of making any other purchases from their store. I have since bought a headboard from them, which to my surprise they got the order right. I recently bought a dining suite from another store as I was scared that they might mess up such a huge order. I have recently bought a dining table from coricraft parkview, because I do not trust coricraft centurion anymore. I have attached the pictures of the 2 seater that was supposed to be Columbian spice as per my invoice. After waiting and using the hide food as per the sales ladies instructions I was now told that they can't help me as I waited too long to email their customer service
