Total lack of service - Vacation Recreational Services VRS
We have been having an issue with VRS for months. After many phone calls and a personal visit to ther offices in mooikloof , Pretoria the issue has still not been resolved. Whilst in the offices I have been threatened with getting the security to remove us from the office. Have left more than 1 msg for the manager Rudi to call me which still hasn’t materialized. It is clear from the communication both in writing and telephonically that some staff of VRS have been dishonest. I have been trying to make contact with Marjorie Forssman, however the staff has refused to allow me to speak with her. I urgently request Ms Forssman to contact me.

An insult to their Patrons
Hooters insults the intelligence of their customers by serving them chicken breasts disguised as boneless chicken wings. When they were contacted regarding this, their response was that boneless chicken is the same as chicken breast. This is unacceptable as it false , misleading advertising especially designed to dupe their patrons. Also they still had the price of R129.00 advertised for their bottomless wings online as this was the price that appeared when the special was goggled. They also refused to accept responsibility for this.

Business that refuses to operate within the legal framework of the country
I I went into the fourways crossing branch on Saturday afternoon. I picked up a few plants and picked up 2 baskets which had a stand up price of R230.00 in front. When I got to the till it scanned a much higher price. When with the staff and called the manager and the said price was still there. According to the CPA , the price you see is the price you pay. Gor hold of customer service who assured me that the branch staff will be in contact with me on Sunday . However that has not happened. The attitude of the staff at builders leaves much to be desired . Everyone needs to operate within the legal framework of the country and builders has refused to do the same

Lack of Service and Accountability
I have a policy that was taken over 30 years ago with standard general - which has subsequently been taken over by liberty. I was advised a few months ago that I am being charged almost R700 pm as an admin charge. I have queried the same as soon as i has been advised , however to date have not received a response . Yesterday I was promised that Irfan Rawat would call me and needless to say I did not receive a call. Today I left a message forSunil Nagar to call me and that has also not materialized.

Those in power abusing those that are not
I joined them telephonically . During the process I enquirer whether the policy covers business related issues and I was advised that it does . I had Legalwise cover and so did not need another policy that just covered personal issues . I had a problem in August relating to a tenant . My husband has been in contact with them since . They reverted on the 5/10/18 confirming that this was the information that was givien to me at the time of joining , i.e. business related issues are covered . The option that they gave me was to cancel my policy and refund the premiums . This is not acceptable . The consultant Karshan then said that he would look into the problem at hand and revert with a way forward . He has not been in contact since and all efforts to get hold of him have been futile .
