No communication
Placed an online order on 4 October and made payment the same day. Thus far I have not received any confirmation or shipment details from this company. I lodged a query on the 15th of October after which I was told that they will follow up with their head office. I have not had any response from them since then. The service is absolutely pathetic.

Bad service
After receiving great service from Animal Gear on a previous purchase, this time round the service is pathetic and unresponsive. I placed an order for goods on 1 October. On 4 October I emailed support as well as sales to confirm my delivery status. No response yet. On 15 October I phoned Animal Gear only to find out that they are short staffed and the gentleman handling my order is on leave. Now who's problem is this????? The gentleman assured me that he will get back to me soonest but yet I have had no response from Animal Gear whatsoever. This will be my last purchase!!
