I have received the worst service from Leroy Merlin Little Falls. I have redone both my bathrooms and I purchased all my stuff from Leroy Merlin Little Falls. Firstly, all the tiles I wanted and proceeded to buy ended up not being in stock, then chose all the tiles over for them to tell me there is not enough stock, secondly all the basins and cabinets I bought were the incorrect colour and incorrect basin after I specifically asked to make to sure it was correct which I was assured was correct. Unfortunately I was not home when the builder installed the wrong basins that were delivered so that is done I couldn't replace it with the correct basins. Luckily the vanity cupboards weren't installed yet so I could change it. I ordered my free standing bath on 12 March, and was told delivery would be 13 April. I have had no correspondence or communication up until Wednesday 20 April when I made the call to follow up on my order, Ntembaleng said she would follow up with Thabiso and get back to me on Thursday at 08h30. I didn't receive any call or communication. I called Thabiso on Thursday 11h30 and he said he would get back to me regarding feedback by 12h30. At 15h00 Thabiso called to say there is a manufacturing problem I would only probably get my bath end May...UNACCEPTABLE.. I have builders on site for the job as it was due for delivery 13 April. I spoke to Katlego Wessie, the manager who assured me that this was unacceptable and I should have been communicated with regarding my bath. Katlego said he will phone me Friday 22 April with answers. Well I have contacted him twice and what's app him for feedback and I am still waiting.....its now 5pm!
