I placed an order with this company on the 24th of May. When I did not receive any notification that my order was on the way, or any other communication a couple of days later, I followed up. I received no reply to the follow up. I have since followed up twice more, with still no response. They only have an email address and no other way to contact them. It has now been two weeks and I have no idea if my order will ever come. I will never order from them again.
This is my second purchase with Fragrancefind, and this experience was just as great as the last. I purchased a fragrance for my partner as a gift, and the process was start to completion was seamless and efficient. I opted for the complimentary gift wrapping and it was done beautifully, he even received a free sample. I will definitely be back for more purchases. Thank you Fragrancefind!
What can I say about Dotsure other than they are the best? I have all four of my fur babies insured with Dotsure and as you can imagine, with four fur kids, comes four sets of various boo boos. But every health issue or injury that I claimed for, the process was always quick, seamless and hassle free. Dotsure really goes the extra mile & understands that you can't foresee an injury or health issue, or how often they might occur with having more than one pet. I am so thankful I have such a good insurance provider for my four legged babies & would honestly recommend them to anyone.
My claim was processed, concluded by my consultant Anganathi, and Dotsure paid out in record time as always . I can honestly not fault them, as every claim that I have had has been processed without issue. Pet insurance is a God send for your pets unforeseen accidents and illnesses, and Dotsure truly is ahead of the curve with their service in that regard.
This is the first order I placed with Fragrancefind and can honestly say I am blown away. The price was great, the order process was seamless, delivery was fast and the order itself was absolutely perfect. I loved the attention to detail and I even received a cute sample perfume, I will definitely be ordering again and will recommend them to anyone.
I have been shopping with Absolute Pets for a while now and as a perk for being a member, you receive a birthday gift for your pet upon any purchase. In the email it clearly states that there are two different codes, one for in-store purchases and one for online purchases. I placed my order online and used the correct code, but upon collection of my order in-store I was refused the gift and was told I needed a different code to receive the gift. I was not purchasing the goods in-store, I had bought the goods online and followed the correct procedure, so why would I need a different code upon collection? How ridiculous, I am not impressed.
We have dealt with a few companies for our event printing requirements, but 3@1 Glengarry is by far the best out there. They are always helpful, always efficient and even willing to accommodate you at short notice, which speaks volumes for their customer service. Our prints are always done perfectly and they even go the extra mile with every request we have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Keep up the amazing work guys!
I would just like to send a shout out to Canine & Co. for their continued excellent service. I have been ordering from them for a while now and have never had a single issue, & not to mention the cute magnets you get with every order as a special little touch. Even now with Black Friday, I placed my order on Friday morning & received it this morning. I would just like to give a massive shout-out to Nifty Gifts! I placed an order with them on Monday afternoon and received my order on Tuesday, I mean how is that for amazing service? Not just that, the order was really well packaged but most of all the items I ordered were absolutely beautiful. I had an issue with my prepaid electricity box yesterday as I was not aware of the key change codes that were implemented. After checking the internet and finding out how the process goes, I followed it, but when it came to punching in my token code I kept receiving a reject error code. After much frustration, I reluctantly called the City of Cape Town offices to see if they could help me. Now, let's be honest, one does not always get the best service from government departments, but let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday. I called the office at 15:40, and after explaining my issue and the consultant not being able to assist me, she said she would log a call with the technicians to come and see what the problem could be. I received an SMS to say the request was logged straight after my call at 15:48, a minute later to say it was registered, 5 minutes later to say it was in progress and the technicians actually arrived at around 5 pm and sorted it out with no issues. So I would just like to say a big thank you to the City of Cape Town electricity department, my faith is restored.
