Good evening. I'm not doing well. 2 weeks ago from today me and my wife were involved in accident with some few car's in N12 near near Sasol filling station. Then my car was towed by First Help towing by the request of my insurance which King Price. My car was the most damaged than the rest. My pain is First helped damaged my worse, by cutting wires to make my car to look worse so it can be write of by the accessory, battery was brand new bought it in March, tires were deflated, a full tank of petrol was ciffined out which I had filled up the day before. King Price Insurance written of the car and refused to pay due to late debit order which is their fault and they still took the debit order. Their accessor included lots of stuff that were not on the accident which made fixing the car will be worth the price of the car by fixing it. This 2 company are ****mers with their employees. Please review your relationships with them.

Bad customer service
My name is Thobile Langa. On the 7th October I did an phone upgrade with vodacom for me and my wife but vodacom upgraded my daughter's number. Then I notified vodacom and was I asked to return both phones which I did and I was told wait certain period which I did. When I called I was told that I can a new contract. But I when I went to their shops I was taken from post to puller by their agent s and promises were made to fix that and their management are avoiding my calls. Currently I'm left without phone yet I'm being billed. Vodacom customer service this days stinks.

BAD Customer Service.
On the 14 /08/2020 I bought a AIM 55 inch smart TV at Maponya PnP. When I was removing the screen protector the screen pop out on the top right . I tried pushing the screen back to its original position with a finger but the screen cracked. I took back the TV to PnP on 15/08/2020. The store has the policy that says any physical damage to its appliances does not have warranty . PnP sold me faulty TV and they don't want to give me new TV. PnP Customer service is bad , I have reported my case to the head office and i was refered back to PnP Maponya and dont have a tv.

HI-Q BAD SERVICE
I visited HI -Q in Lenasia for balancing and wheel alignment in June . instead of my car performing better it went worse , costing me two tyres in a same position that they said there were fixing and a car bumper, a steering control arm from a bad job they did and the car nearly ****ed me and my family on our trip to Venda same month. Please do not go there if you value your life cause you may not lucky as me.
