Dishonest people, Defective Batteries
Dishonest, terrible people. Full of lies and full of excuses. They will do and say anything to anyone just to make money. They are selling defect batteries (with warranty) but as soon as 2months later that they need to honor the warranty when batteries are not working, they claim that they are only wholesalers and that you have warranty directly with deltec and not them. All coc's and checks amd everything they requested was done and supp****, but they still decided to not honor the warranty and said i must come and take my defective batteries (which they had for 6months- and then said it was only discharged they charged it). When i arrive there, i am told my 4 deltec batteries is still with deltec. It is now 11months down the line, still waiting on them to let me know when to collect my defective batteries.(Now they are *****ing from me). This place is horrible, and straight forward *****ing from their customers. MAKE SURE TO USE ANYONE, EXCEPT PRO BATTERIES CLAREMONT.
