I'm so disappointed in Standard bank insurance sending out an unprofessional company to my home (MRM Electrical). I have raised a complaint with Standard Bank Insurance to which they have stopped responding and have no intention of resolving the matter. They have put me through a lot of stress and time and money wasted to have an electrician come out and replace a breaker to which they have overcharged me an extortionate amount. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman if this is not resolved soon!
If I could give a minus I would. I have had nothing but horrendous service from this provider. They arrange appointments but then never turn up. I have had to day numerous times off work to be at home when they said they would come but never turned up. I've also explained when the power will be going off to which they decided to turn up then and not be able to fully complete the job required. They have overcharged me R459 for a breaker which costs less than R70 and their excuse it thats its out of hours. It would need to have been had the rocked up the first occasion and the rates should be for their service not the actual component itself. Since replacing the breaker, my DV board is now buzzing. They have again made several appointments to which no one has turned up. The one electrician called me drunk on the phone and arranged another appointment to which he never pitched and only to hear he has resigned over the weekend. This has caused me unnecessary stress, time and money to sort out a simple issue. They are now saying that it has nothing to do with the breaker they have replaced and want to charge me more money for another breaker. SHOULD this not be sorted out within a timely manner, I will be forced to take this further to the Ombudsman who no doubt will set things straight and this is totally unacceptable and is a fire Hazzard.
Outstanding delivery service from Maphumze and Ismail from The Mattress Warehouse. They made sure they were there before me and waited till I arrived.
Had some issues on the website however Jason was very helpful in calling me back and having the matter resolved. Happy customer!

I currently have 3 contracts with Telkom, one of which was missold to me and when I have tried to contact them to migrate to the appropriate package, they simply tell me I can't and want to charge me to cancel in order to set up new contract. Everytime I try and phone, I'm either waiting for long periods on end, only to be told I cannot help you and I've been waiting for a manager call back for forever. I'm on the verge of taking this further if the matter is not resolved as a matter of urgency. I'm beyond Dispappointed in Telkom. Kind regards Rebecca
