Great products and delivered on time, great prices as well
Great website with a huge variety of items, they keep you up to date on the status of your order. I enjoy dealing with them
Goods arrived before time and were exactly what I ordered at a very good price
RECEIVED AN INVOICE AND EMAIL OCT 2019 FOR A SPECIAL LEVY THAT THE GOLF COMITTEE DECIDED TO IMPLEMENT WITHOUT CONSULTATION TO THE MEMBERS, AND LEVY OF R1000 FOR JAN- DEC 2019 WAS ONLY ADVISED TO US OCT 2019. I MOVED FROM JHB TO MOSSELBAY 25 NOV AND OFFERED TO PAY 50% OF THIS LEVY AS I WAS NO LONGER GOING TO BENEFIT FROM THE USE OF THE CLUB OR GOLF COURSE 8 MONTHS LATER AND I AM STILL BATTLING WITH THEM TO RELEASE MY HANDICAP TO MOSSELBAY, DESPITE MY OFFER OF 50% ( MORE THAN PRO-RATA), HOW CAN YOU IMPELMENT A SPECIAL LEVY FOR THE PERIOD JAN-DEC AND THEN ONLY ADVISE THE MEMBERS IN THE OCTOBER/ 10TH MONTH. I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER EX RUIMSIG MEMBERS WHO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AS I DO AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THEIRE NEW CLUBS OF CHOICE SHOCKING AND DISTGUSTING SERVICE , FEEDBSCK AND ATTITUDE FROM RUIMSIG, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL AS A COURTESY, I HAVE HAD TO CALL AND EMAIL THEM FOR 8 MONTHS TO GET ANY FEEDBACK
having used them before ( 1 year ago), I decided to use them again for a long distance move to the Cape. Loading was ok although they left some things behind as the truck was full Delivery took 7 days, no one could advise where the truck or driver were for 4 days, excuse after excuse When my things arrived ( on a trailer covered with a tarp) , I could see things were thrown is with out any care and when offloading, many items were damaged, boxes squashed, webber braai damaged, bird cage wheels broken and bent, leather lounge suite badly scuffed as I was only covered in a very thin plastic sheet, bed bases were not covered at all - overall very disappointed with the service and lack of care for my furniture and goods
I gave been battling since June to get Edgars to resolve my complaint. I have emailed and called them over 10 times and yet they keep emailing me saying i owe them money for Airtime I supposedly agreed to telephonically in May. I paid the R300 in July to ensure my credit records remain clean. They now owe me R300 as a refund for their incompetence and an apology . still waiting ...... disgraceful and unacceptable. Why must the client chase them for a mistake / Fraud they initiated
