Super expensive beds that promise to last 10 years but did not make it to even the halfway mark. The mattresses form a body shaped indent that is uncomfortable and make it impossible to keep fitted sheets in place, especially on the single beds (we own a king and two singles). We reported it and had them come out to assess, the response was that the memory foam was supposed to do that. Absolutely ridiculous, it’s just plain deterioration like with a plain, cheap mattress. I will not buy from Vencasa-Tempur again.
Horrible experience. They added an amount to the invoice, after it was paid on the day, and then proceeded to issue final demand letters. Communication with the accounts dept is a joke, they simply cannot/will not rectify, even after proof of payment and the original invoice was submitted.
My parcel was left on top of my post box, in the rain, outside in the street. Had I not driven past in time, it surely would have been stolen. Tried to contact them via their website, no customer complaint channel and their ‘chat’ function does not respond. Terrible service!
Ordered a replacement lunch card in November 2018. It is now February and, after umpteenth follow ups and empty promises to deliver...surprise...still no card. Truly pathetic service.
Six days ago my online purchase was delivered, missing one piece of a two piece set. I sent an email on the same day. Six days and six emails later no-one from Woolworths has even attempted to contact me to sort out the error, apart from the annoying confimation of receipt messages.
After repeated enquiries, no refund or delivery of ordered goods took place.
