So where do I start.... I toke out the 10 Gig night and 10 Gig Day special for R 270 a month... Got my account R 1 700 for 2 months, and what is Telkom doing about it Nothing, this money is going to be going off my account on the 25th and today is the 23rd do they understand that this so urgent to stop the debit order NO they don't. every time I phone the call center its the same story over and over, if this amount goes off most of my other thing will not be paid, but don't care this will be the first payment as I am with them for a month only I cant phone my bank to stop the debit order as its the first time for the debit order, I will not be able to pay my important things is this R 1700 that should only be R400... and the point of the whole complaint is that TELKOM loaded the wrong things on my account a UN caped all hours Wi Fi? Its staring to look like I am the wrong one. I need this debit order to be stop Now. this is not the first time we have a problem like this on our cell phone contacts it was the same thing. So my issue is at the back office and it will take 72 hours? don't they understand what we are trying to tell them?
