Called in for assistance for quote for a client and I was assisted by Nonhlanhla Ndlovu who is a sales consultant. This young lady went out of her way to assist me in a really prompt and professional manner without any compromise on the quality of the work she provided me with. Telkom disappoints
Requested assistance to have phone line repaired. Phone was fixed after a week of following up and worked only for two days.
