Ordered there hair products online on 15 January 26 paid R1034 and till today I haven’t received anything. Send numerous mails and no response. Definitely ****med. Please stay away!
I bought food online at Woolworths Middelburg Mpumalanga. Some of the items were out of stock when they packed and was this not supp**** however I’v paid the full amount when order was placed. This transaction took place on 30 September 2024 and one month later I have not received the difference of what was paid versus what was supp**** which amounts to R273.35. I’ve communicated through email with them numerous times and till today one month later I have not received a refund for the items not received. As a loyal customer this is totally unacceptable!
For the 1st time in my I’ve being ****med. Ordered lights from the above company never received the goods. Their response is that my address is incorrect. Checked it was the correct address. Then they want my ID nr to verify, I obviously refused. Then it was for them to get it through customs and few other excuses. Mostly I come to Hellopeter to see if anyone complained about a certain company but this time I actually forgot. Now sitting with the consequences.
Good day, I bought a Defy Fridge Freezer from Game Middelburg on Friday 28 June 2019. When I unpacked the fridge last night and plugged it in the Fridge section works but the Freezer section not. Firstly I've tried to call Game Middelburg....now answer!!! After about 4 calls I got through just to be put through to the Department but there no one answer the phone. In the end, I requested my son to go to the store and ask them to assist. Then they refuse to help him because it doesn't have the slip. Ask me to fax it but they do not even answer there phone, who is going to attend to a fax! Now they want to send out a Technician which is probably going to take a few days since I live 150km from Middelburg. In the meantime, I'm sitting with a lot of meat that I've bought that's going to go off. I do not understand do you buy appliances broken now and then when it doesn't work they send out a Technician!!! I cannot trust a brand if it's not working from the start. I please need urgent assistance as I cannot return the fridge within the next week and still have a problem with meat that's going to go off.
Prepaid24 did not allocate my payment of last month resulting that my account is now blocked and I cannot buy electricity. I've send them proof of payment, spoke to a consultant last night which he allegedly fixed. Told me I can do transaction after 12H00 last night. When I went into my account this morning the arrears amount was gone. I paid my current account and bought electricity but never received a token, R2,439 later and I have nothing...... First of all you cannot contact them as there is no phone number and secondly now they tell me my municipality blocked my account which is not true the mistake lies with them. Nobody is contacting me on my phone as I requested just sending mails with reasons that's incorrect. Urgent attention would be appreciated!!!
