They have new Management and although they are trying to sort out the mess left by the previous employees I understand that change will not happen overnight. After reading the reviews I was unsure but ordered something small first time. I got tracking numbers and every time I contacted them via email or WhatsApp, I received feedback THE SAME DAY. That was not what I expected so I ordered something more expensive and I got the same result. So maybe there is hope.
I have been a Cartrack client since 2014. I was probably one of your most loyal clients because of the poort service a previously received from Netstar and Tracker. Today I had to replace my battery and I never received a call from Cartrack. They had to totally disconnect the battery. I pay for a service where Cartrack SHOULD phone me and ask if my vehicle is safe because they received a power problem!! I do not want to phone the company HOURS after the vehicle was ****** and the tracker unit is already disconnected and lying next to the road like a piece of trash! I constantly get marketing material from Cartrack but I would suggest that they focus on providing the primary service that they should deliver before trying to branch out. I have opted out of the additional R79.00 that you had to pay if they cannot recover your vehicle you will receive up to R150,000-00. So because i do not want to add R80-00 to my account they just do not want to do what I am paying them for?
My mother is 85 years old. She fell and broke her toe and ankle. She was rushed to Moot hospital because that is the hospital on her plan. The Dr recommended putting a plat in her ankle to stabilize the ankle so that she will be more mobile and after the operation she will go to a step-down clinic to help her adjust. The operation was don Sunday morning and the request for the step down was submitted to Fedhealth Monday. After WE had to follow up continuously for feedback (and holding on was 60 min or more...) we still had NO ANSWER 5 days after the request was submitted. On Saturday the Doctor had had to send my grandmother home because the wound started getting infected and I quote the Doctor she is continually surrounded by germs and viruses. This morning we got an email from Fedhealth saying that she was approved with authorization number 91662104 to a step-down at MOTHWA Med-Step Clinic Trust (Case Management) by UNK G Dr George Rust. in the letter it also clearly states UNK G Dr GORGE DE RUST is not on the Fedhealth network!!!! We have specified Med-Step because it is on the Fedhealth network and they did have a bed available, we were in communication with them. In my opinion your service is terrible, you have absolutely no compassion for your members. I cannot even understand why you would approve a facility that is not on your network of service providers when space was available at a popular facility on your network of service providers close to the members residence. My son studies at centurion Akademie Akademie from 2019 until 2022. That was during COVID and it was a trying time for everyone. I am a single mother (no financial support from the father) and having to pay the fees was difficult but necessary to give my son a future. I have not received his final certificate and after numerous excuses like the department have not send it, it needs to signed off etc I received an email TODAY that I owe them R9500 and I need to pay before I get fetch my sons certificate. I have the FINAL account the I received showing I owe them R0.00. As a tertiary institution that is suppose to teach our children accounting, I find it shocking that they cannot even keep their own books. So my advice, avoid sending your child. They are going the same route as Damelin.
I had to change my personal details on my policy. I asked King Price to contact me and I got a call from Michael Venter. Excellent service as always!
Wilhemina Kabini was super friendly and helpful! Gave me the best info she could, helped me understand a whole lot better. She made my day by saving my budget!
My daughter was in an accident and was sent to Automagic. The accident was just before December and they postponed the repairs until February since that is a good time to take leave while the car will be repaired. I must mention that the accident was mainly on the bumper and that the front sensor was damaged. The Jeep went in beginning of February. My daughter then got an SMS from Automagic saying that additional damage was found and that a new quote needs to be submitted to her insurance - we phoned Automagic to find out what else was damaged just to be told it was the bumper brackets? I might not be a panel beater but common sense tells me that if a bumper needs to be replaced surely the brackets must be replaced to? She received the vehicle back just to discover that the front sensor is still giving her a warning, Automagic's response " sorry, we did not see the warning"!! I mean can't these people read and if they are illiterate, they must be deaf too. So now the sensor needs to be replaced. The Jeep was booked in this morning, we received a message now saying that sorry they cannot repair they have to order a new sensor! What a bunch of clowns, I am a woman and some things is bleddy common sense.
I had my generator serviced at Adendorff’s Centurion. Since I received it back the generator does not switch off. It jumps around until the petrol runs out. The generator was standing at them for 8 days. I don’t recommend anyone take their generator to them. I have contacted them waiting on a reply since Thursday. The generator was there for 8 days, the battery was not replaced because they could not find a battery, so now I have to pull the rope thingy. The started was replaced, and as a woman with no knowledge of generators I presume that is the thing where the key goes into…. AND after 8 days in the workshops the first time I use it it doesn’t want to switch off? I had no problems with my generator prior to the service, as mentioned the battery did not work and the little pipe was leaking petrol-hence my urgency to have it serviced since we were experiencing heavy loadshedding. I was worried the generator might catch fire. I have to hold the key in the off position because the generator jumps around so much until the petrol has run out of the system that the key moves to the on position again. So I am back not wanting to use my generator and have spent all my savings on the service.
I have been with King Price insurance since 2014. I was very happy with them, I had a claim and it was handled quick and efficiently. My household content was with Absa and I just added my household content to my King Price policy. This time of the year is normally my anniversary so premiums go up. As a long term client I phoned in and tried to negotiate discount. Mr Tshepo Lekoma phoned me and said to me that he can see I have been with King Price for a long period but I have no discount on my policy and he is sorry but no discount for me. He then said I have a tracker in my vehicle and I can just as well cancel the tracker and save that money because my car is low risk and I only save R10 or R20 on my premium. I then told him that if that is the case I will unfortunately have to move my policy elsewhere. He said it is not a problem and will schedule a call in 60 days to confirm if he can cancel my policy!!! I just found out that my policy states that I HAVE to have an active tracker in my vehicle, so if I had followed his advice and cancelled my tracker and my car was stolen - KING PRICE will not pay out because it is a condition on my policy. I am absolutely furious and disgusted with the level of service. It seems that the staff at King Price is King and the customers is the peasants, or do they have so many clients they can afford to pick and choose?
Yes, I met the "lady" in the parking lot this morning. She was abusive towards the security because the security was assisting a customer who locked her keys in the car. She was ranting at the security for helping the customer because it is not their job. The customer have to get a locksmith (obviously trying to get business from desperate people). The customer who's keys was locked in was so embarrassed by this raving lunatic, and I spoke to her trying to diffuse the situation, it was a old lady and didn't have the funds for a locksmith. The owner of Kitwe then started abusing me calling me a ***** and hope I rot in hell - direct quote. Kitwe owner then walked to the security office to call the head of security for this breech in doing their job. According to Kitwe owner this is how they teach others to steal cars and tomorrow all Centurion mall clients cars will be stolen.... I then had enough because she was threatening me violence, I then phoned the police. Kitwe owner then quickly walk away into the mall.
