Been having terrible issues with service and speed issues , however the gent that always seem to answer my calls whatever time at night (Mr Evan de Kock) , his patience and service always top notch.
Pointless making any appointment , my wife went for her appointment with an elderly lady also waiting for her appointment for the same time. Had to use her lunchtime from work but still had to wait over an hour after her appointment. when asking the receptionist why the wait she was told Dr is busy . Extremely rude staff and the Dr just laughs when advised of his staff. A day before her scheduled appointment we get a call advising we need to pay R5000 before Dr can assist , after waiting a month for the operation we get told a day before to pay up R5000 when asked how can they phone us a day before the time the lady rep**** " would you then like to reschedule"
