Bad craftmanship, bad quality and false advertising
I bought a TV cabinet from them and have had endless problems. Bad workmanship, bad customer service, bad quality & false advertising to name a few. They will not refund you so the cabinet is sent backwards and forwards. The first time I sent it back, they returned the exact same cabinet in the same state as it was when we returned it to them. They will not let you talk to the CEO. The website promises that the items are made with solid wood but that is a lie. The cabinet is mostly chip wood. It has now been 4 and a half months and still no cabinet. I regret the day I bought the cabinet.

Jouvence SCAM (Tryjouvence)
Hi, I ordered the free cream and paid for the delivery, Now they have charged me R1354.00 for 30 day trial products . I only received one face cream, I contacted them and they say I was supposed to cancel within 30 days but no where on the site that you order from does it say this. They do not want to refund me the R1354. It is a scam and please don't order from them. Also post on Facebook

Did not honour advertised price
The Makro in Brakpan advertised the DSTV explora 2 for R899.00. Whemn I went to purchase it they told me there was a printing error on the brochure and it was R1699.00. When I told the Manager that I phoned to confirm the price, the store confirmed it was R899.00. Very bad customer services as should give the the item at the price advertised. Needless to say I did not purchase the item and will not go back there.
