Vodacom has no business offering eSim. I don’t think they understand what’s the point of an eSIM. If you loose your phone, you’ll have to pay twice, pay for a physical sim swap and pay for the eSim sim swap. And each time you have to go to the shop. @Vodacom, please review your processes. Imagine going to the shop more than two times in less than 24 hours because your processes are longer.
The owner of this business has horrible customer service. He is absolutely rude to customers and fails to communicate with customers. He will schedule and confirm a date for installation and he won’t even come on the confirmed date. You have to follow with him and he won’t answer his phone nor respond to your text messages. We had to go to their workshop which is 100km away from our house to fetch them to come and install the stand only for them to come with material that is short. We got into an altercation with them over that matter and almost a month later they have not come to finish the installation and there’s no communication and we are left with an incomplete stand. Use their services at your own peril. I don’t recommend them!
Letetia van Heerden assisted me really well. The process of claiming was made very simple for me.
I received wonderful service from the drivers who fetched me. However, the consultant I spoke to while booking got the addresses wrong, both the pick up and drop off points. The last consultant I spoke to Ntokozo Sibeko was very helpful.
Very helpful and cheerful consultant Bonolo Magagula He was patient and answered all my questions in his best ability.
