Protea Metering is the pits really,I still haven't received any help whatsoever,they said there would be someone to contact me SHORTLY and I'm still waiting !, their standby number is not even working!!!... I just want my electricity back and this matter deapt with - 07145017872 Devland Gardens F30
Has the worst service ever,the employees basically do not care if you are in need,the building manager will literally tell u " I'm on Leave I can't assist you" and there is no second in command that you can go to that can actually assist you, I've been having an issue with Protea Metering with regards to them overcharging me,I escalated the matter and it's day 2 I don't have electricity.When you don't pay your rent they're no1 to send letters of demand and locking doors but provide ****ty service to the people that actually live there,I'm so frustrated,don't know who to escalate this to because no one cares!!!
On Sunday 13/03/2022 I received an email stating that I needed to top up with R960 that time I hadn't been home since 07/03/2022,I only came back at night in 13/03/2022,they advised me and said it's my water consumption but I asked how could I have consumed so much water while not even being there! And mind you this is not the first time the is incident has happened,I keep reporting this even sent emails but no one seems to care!......I don't have electricity as we speak and iam so frustrated
MTN handed me over to Norton Lambrianos due to outstanding payment,I then settled the account about a month ago and I even got a settlement letter,but whenever I call MTN I'm still not cleared and I'm owing but Norton Lambrianos says I'm cleared,this is really tarnishing my name and it's really starting to annoy me i just want everything sorted so that I can just get my number back so that I can have on prepaid and this ****** contract cancelled !
