Makro theft of fridge- no refund or feedback
OD434330795021778100 I bought a Hisense fridge and vacuum cleaner online and cancelled it the next day because Makro had the wrong adress on file. They only cancelled the vacuum cleaner when I called and they stated that I cannot change the adress. I called the again to cancel the fridge as they failed to do so. I never received a cancellation letter for the fridge and subsequently they tried to deliver the fridge anyway after multiple attempts to cancel it. I don’t live at that adress anymore so I let the gate security send it back. The courier after two days saved it as delivered. I never received the fridge or the refund and have called the caller centre 5 times as well as the warehouse with no feedback or anybody trying to help me. Case reference OP1NB1N They have now ****** my funds and I don’t have a fridge. PLEASE HELP!!!!! I laid a claim at the consumer protection act 250528/000484

I am still waiting for my order. I’ve tried to cancel the order but to no avail. I’ve been waiting since 1st of May. They keep sending messages saying it’s in the way but never arrives

Order 379143 snatcher sucks
I still have not received my order after 40 days They sent an email 2 weeks ago stating an item was out of stock and that’s it. No further communication after multiple attempts. You cannot call them!! If I knew this I wouldn’t have ordered

No order received after a month
I’ve been waiting a month for my order and are receiving no feedback after multiple attempts to contact them and are not able to call them. I’ve been without a kettle and vacuum for a month after a move so extremely inconvenient. I am disgusted at the service and communication which is non existent.
