Delivery success
World class online ordering system, process and most importantly team. I placed an order for urgent delivery and it arrived across the country in under 24 hours. Their delivery team kept me up to date and provided professional, quick service. Well done and thank you!

Poor delivery policy
I placed an order for necessities, such as baby formula. I have received a 3rd notification to tell me that the order is being delayed. They stipulate to my area delivery is 2-3 days. I will receive it over a month after placing the order. I sent a mail - no response. I called the call centre and asked for the order to be part delivered. I was told no and told I could cancel the order and replace it as the only solution. When paying there was no notification of the delay. 6 children will now not get their calculators in time for their matric exams, printer ink now needs to now be bought at a store as it will not arrive in time. The baby formula is 0-6m. It was being purchased for a 5 month old. By the time it arrives the child needs to move onto a different formula. Incredibly poor.
