I am so sorry to say, but... Not at all satisfied with the level of service received. We paid the R850 x 2 immediately after signing the forms... And had to do all the work ourselves. What a waste of money, time and data. I asked for assistance and was told to contact UIF myself. Will definitely not recommend. It's actually very easy to do yourself. Register online at UIF. Submit the documents and phone them if you need assistance. Don't spend money unnecessarily, like we did.

I am writing to formally express our extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by UIF CONNECT, specifically in our dealings with Elmarie. Despite full payment for services promised, we have received little to no meaningful support or assistance. Elmarie has consistently failed to deliver on commitments, has shown a lack of initiative in addressing our concerns, and has not provided the service expected — or paid for. Communication has been poor, and there has been no evident effort to resolve our issues or follow through in any helpful manner. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against using UIF CONNECT for any UIF-related matters. The lack of professionalism and accountability has caused unnecessary frustration and wasted both time and money. We trust this matter will be taken seriously and hope no other clients have to endure a similar experience.

We paid last year and the service from your office is just as helpful as the UIF DEPARTMENT!! Helga doesn't give feedback and I have to continuously follow up with your office on a service we have paid for??!! What did we pay for??? Pathetic service!!!!!

I must warn others about UIF Connect because I had a very bad experience with it. This business has a very ********* practice of getting clients to sign "no refund" contracts even though they are fully aware that the services will not be provided. In good faith, I paid for the service, believing they would stick to their end of the bargain. But subsequently they didn't provide the agreed-upon service. They refused to give me any information or issue a refund when I asked, stating simply that I had signed a no-refund contract. It's obvious that this business purposefully traps customers with the no-refund provision, takes their money and providing them with little value in exchange. This is a business strategy that preys on gullible clients, and I feel like I've been conned of money and time. Be advised if you're thinking about doing business with them that they are more concerned with keeping your money than fulfilling their commitments. I strongly advise avoiding this firm in order to save yourself from an unpleasant and expensive experience!

The online UIF submission for payment continuations what is going on ? I am struggling to submit my payment continuation on line - message that cones up unable to fetch my info comes up the whole day. Really this is unacceptable now you must go and stand in a long queue from early morning to get your name on a list for payment . Please they must sort out their system.
