UIF Connect for outstanding expertise

Turning a Cancellation into a Dream Holiday !
We were extremely disappointed to have a paid up package to Thailand, cancelled , by the tour operator (Owing to Covid 19 oubreaks in Thailand and nearby countries )The team at Imagine immediately offered us refund options or the opportunity to add to what we had already paid them and book something completely different, which we have done. World Class Service for Working Class Passengers
We have just booked our third vacation with Imagine (two cruises and one holiday) The service we received from their highly trained staff is world Class. The regular follow up e-mails, pertaining to our forthcoming departure in April are most reassuring.
